DESCRIPTION

The SR1M-125 is a cable-actuated sensor, or string pot, designed for position measurement in industrial environments. It provides a maximum measurement range of 125 inches (3175 mm) and features a user-programmable 4-20mA analog output that can be scaled for strokes as short as 1 inch. Operating on a 10-30 VDC input, the sensor offers 0.5% full-scale accuracy and 0.1% repeatability. Housed in a polycarbonate enclosure with a nylon-coated stainless steel measuring cable, it is rated IP67 for use in wet and outdoor conditions. Common applications include position feedback on outdoor construction equipment and machinery on factory floors.
