DESCRIPTION

The 325412000-00, also known as the MS5412-BM, is a high-linearity miniature surface-mount pressure sensor designed for a 12 bar absolute pressure range. This uncompensated sensor provides a typical full-scale span of 150 mV with a linearity of ±0.05% FS and operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. Built on a piezoresistive silicon die mounted to a ceramic carrier, it delivers an output voltage directly proportional to the applied pressure. Its performance characteristics make it suitable for applications such as pneumatic brake systems and diving computers.
