DESCRIPTION

The 20011957-01 is a miniature TSYS03 digital temperature sensor designed to provide factory-calibrated, highly accurate temperature data. It operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, offering an accuracy of ±0.5°C between 0°C and +60°C. The sensor integrates a 16-bit ADC and communicates via a programmable I2C interface at speeds up to 1MHz. Housed in a small 1.5mm x 1.5mm XDFN6 package with low thermal mass, it ensures a quick response to temperature changes. With its very low supply current of less than 5 µA and a standby current under 0.4 µA, it is ideal for battery-powered applications like medical probes, wearables, and HVAC systems.
