DESCRIPTION

The 804118-SF is a Schaffner FN9244 IEC inlet filter designed to provide superior EMI/RFI performance in power distribution applications. It features a dual-stage filtering architecture combining an inductor (0.58 µH) and capacitors (Cy1: 2.2 µF, Cx1: 0.1 µF) to effectively suppress electromagnetic interference across a wide frequency range. The filter is rated for a maximum current of 12 A with leakage currents of 180 µA at 250VAC, 50Hz and 310 µA at 120VAC, 60Hz, meeting stringent safety and performance standards. With FASTON output termination, natural convection cooling, and compliance with IEC/EN 60939 and UL 1283 standards, this filter is ideal for industrial equipment, medical devices, and consumer electronics requiring reliable power quality and regulatory compliance.
