DESCRIPTION

The 800959-SF is an IEC inlet filter module from the FN 380 series designed for versatile filtered power entry in general-purpose applications. It features a maximum continuous operating voltage of 250 VAC at 50/60 Hz, with rated currents ranging from 2 to 6 A at 40°C maximum, and operates across a frequency range of 50 to 400 Hz. The module includes a 2-pole rocker switch, single or dual-fuse holder options for Ø 6.3 x 32 mm or Ø 5 x 20 mm fuses, and achieves IP40 protection category per IEC 60529 with a high potential test voltage of 2000 VAC (P to PE) for 2 seconds on standard types. Operating and storage temperature range spans -25°C to +85°C, with optional medical B-type versions available for enhanced leakage current performance. These filters are commonly used in industrial equipment, medical devices, and consumer electronics requiring EMC compliance and reliable power distribution.
