DESCRIPTION
The 800500-SF is an IEC inlet filter power entry module designed for general-purpose power distribution with integrated fuse protection. It accommodates two fuses (Ø5 × 20 mm) and is rated for continuous operating voltages up to 250 VAC at 50/60 Hz, with rated currents available from 1 A to 10 A at 40 °C. The module features a leakage current of 373 µA at 230 VAC/50 Hz, capacitance of 0.1 µF and 2.2 nF, inductance ranging from 5.3 mH (1 A) to 0.2 mH (10 A), and an insulation resistance of 1000 kO. It meets design standards IEC/EN 60939, UL 1283, and CSA 22.2 No. 8 1986, with flammability rating UL 94V-2 or better, and achieves an MTBF of 2,200,000 hours at 40 °C/230 V. The module is commonly used in industrial equipment, medical devices, and consumer electronics requiring reliable EMI filtering and overcurrent protection.
