DESCRIPTION

The S02-07-R is a one-piece SolderSleeve shield terminator, qualified to SAE-AS83519, designed for reliable shield-to-ground connections. It features a radiation-crosslinked, heat-shrinkable polyvinylidene fluoride insulation sleeve and a prefluxed solder preform made of Sn63 Pb37 alloy with RMA flux. This terminator includes a thermochromic temperature indicator to aid in process control and inspection, and it comes with a preinstalled 22 AWG tin-plated ground lead. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and is suitable for cables with a maximum jacket outer diameter of 2.7 mm. The one-piece design provides strain relief and environmental protection, offering easy installation for applications requiring immersion resistance.
