DESCRIPTION

The RAY-103-7.5(100) is a RAYBRAID® nickel-plated copper braid used for robust shielding of wire and cable harnesses. It is constructed from 36 AWG (0.127 mm) strands configured with 24 carriers and 14 ends, providing a nominal coverage of 99.5%. This braid has a nominal internal diameter of 7.5 mm and a maximum weight of 46.3 kg/km. Designed to meet the performance requirements of specification WSD 1922, it offers effective EMI shielding and physical protection in various applications.
