The label features a total thickness of 0.07 mm (0.0028 inches) including adhesive, with a liner thickness of 0.166 mm (0.0065 inches), providing robust adhesion and durability. It demonstrates excellent chemical resistance, passing fluid exposure tests including isopropyl alcohol, diesel fuel, salt solution, and WD-40 lubricant, while maintaining print legibility after 50 rubs with an eraser per SAE AS 5942 standards. The label exhibits strong adhesion to multiple substrates with peel forces ranging from 11 N/25mm on stainless steel to 20 N/25mm on glass at 72-hour dwell time.
