DESCRIPTION

The 658971-000 is a HexaShield series straight circular connector backshell designed for robust 360° screening. It features an aluminum alloy body with a stainless steel nut, finished with cadmium olive drab over electroless nickel for corrosion resistance and conductivity. This backshell is compatible with shell size 24/25 MIL-C-38999 Series III and IV connectors. Its design provides strain relief for each individual cable while maintaining a compact size that does not exceed the outer diameter of the connector. The use of individual ferrules ensures high-performance shielding without degradation, making it ideal for demanding aerospace and defense applications.
