DESCRIPTION

The 254823-E is a MaxiBridge vertical male dual row connector designed for reliable wire-to-board connections in space-constrained applications. It features SMT termination with dual row configuration, supporting a current rating of up to 12 A per contact, and is constructed with LCP insulation body material (CTI value 175) with gold-plated mating contacts. The connector accommodates 10 or 20 contact configurations with 2.54 mm pitch spacing and is compatible with automated board assembly processes. Common applications include automotive, industrial, medical, and lighting technology systems where flexible, high-current connections between PCBs and peripheral devices such as motors, fans, and control panels are required.
