DESCRIPTION

The 244839-E is a 68-pin vertical male SMC connector designed for compact, high-performance electronic systems requiring secure and reliable interconnection. It features SMT termination, dual-row contact arrangement with 1.27 mm grid spacing, and supports data rates up to 3 Gbit/s with virtually continuous impedance profile for high signal integrity. The connector incorporates double-sided spring contacts for maximum contact reliability, a high-temperature resistant insulator with polarization and insertion chamfers, and location pegs for exact board placement. With dimensions of 46.33 mm (A), 48.26 mm (B), and 45.93 mm (C), and a black insulation body for visual recognition, this connector is ideal for automated board assembly in space-constrained applications requiring high current-carrying capacity and mating reliability.
