DESCRIPTION
225679-E is an M8 male thread PowerElement connector designed for high-current PCB applications requiring robust wire-to-board and component connection capabilities. The connector features a massive press-fit zone with full pin population of 25 pins, accommodating M8 thread specifications with dimensional parameters of 13 mm diameter (F), 24 mm height (C), 7.5 mm depth (D), and 3.5 mm pitch (E), weighing 15.9 g. It is engineered for PCB connection to fix cable lugs, secure midi or mega fuses on the PCB, and supports UNC thread or customer-specific modifications on demand. The two-piece design with press-fit capability from both sides of the PCB provides mechanical protection and stability, making it ideal for high-current distribution, relay connections, and conductor rail applications in industrial and automotive power sourcing scenarios.
