109919 is an iBridge Ultra cable-to-board connector designed for reliable connections in industrial automation, telecommunications, and healthcare applications. The connector features a compact 2 mm pitch design with support for 2 to 12 pins, crimp termination for discrete wire AWG 22 and AWG 24, and a current rating of up to 8 A per contact. It incorporates a Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) retainer as a secondary lock for female contacts, polarity reversal protection, and double-sided interlocking to ensure robust connections resistant to vibrations. The connector operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, supports over 20 mating cycles, and meets USCAR-2 and USCAR-21 validation testing standards.
