DESCRIPTION

The 109905 iBridge Ultra is a 2 mm pitch cable-to-board connector family designed for reliable and robust connection systems in demanding applications. It features a current rating of up to 8 A per contact, dual contact beam design for misalignment compensation, and a Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) retainer that serves as a secondary lock for female contacts, making connections particularly resistant to strong vibrations and mechanical shock. The connector is available in multiple configurations including vertical male connectors with SMT or DIP solder termination, right-angle male connectors, and female cable connectors with crimp termination for AWG 22 and AWG 24 wire. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C with an operating voltage of 300 Vrms (pollution degree 1) or 95 Vrms (pollution degree 2), the iBridge Ultra is ideal for automotive, industrial automation, telecommunications, and healthcare applications where reliability and compact design are essential.
