ZPF000000000100746 is a DMC-MD series modular connector designed for aircraft in-flight entertainment and cabin systems. The connector features flexible modularity with crimp and PCB contacts ranging from size 24 to size 8, supporting signal, coaxial, quadrax, power, and optical contact configurations. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +175°C with a vibration rating of 20 g and maintains durability through 500 mating cycles. The housing is constructed from composite material with nickel plating, while crimp and PCB contacts are copper alloy with gold plating over nickel. With an insulation resistance of 5000 MO and contact current ratings up to 46 A (size 8), combined with EMI shielding performance reaching 50 dB at 100 MHz, this connector provides reliable high-speed connectivity for aerospace applications requiring quick-install coupling and toolless assembly.
