The connector features aerospace-grade aluminum alloy shell with nickel, olive drab cadmium, or zinc cobalt plating options, gold-plated copper alloy contacts, and fluorinated silicone seals for superior environmental protection. It operates across a temperature range of -65°C to +200°C (nickel finish) or -65°C to +175°C (cadmium finish), with a dielectric withstand voltage of 1000 VAC and current ratings up to 300 A for Size 00 contacts and 150 A for Size 4 contacts. The connector delivers 500 mating cycle durability, withstands vibration per MIL-DTL-38999 standards, and provides excellent EMI/RFI shielding through finger shielding at the mating interface.
