DESCRIPTION

The ZPF000000000015263 is a single-module connector from the DEUTSCH DMC-MD series, designed for flexible and reliable connectivity in aircraft cabin systems. It features a nickel-plated composite housing and operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +175°C. The connector is built for durability with a rating of 500 mating cycles, resistance to 20 g vibration, and 500 hours of salt spray exposure. Electrical characteristics include an insulation resistance of 5000 MΩ and support for various contact sizes with current ratings from 3 A (size 24) to 46 A (size 8). This modular connector is ideal for in-flight entertainment (IFE), avionics, and other cabin network applications where easy reconfiguration and robust performance are required.
