DESCRIPTION

The DMC-M01-08BN is a single-module modular connector designed for quick-change connectivity in aircraft IFE and cabin systems. This socket contact module features 1 Size 8 contact with a current rating of 46 A, providing reliable electrical connectivity for high-power applications. The connector is constructed with a nickel-plated composite housing and thermoplastic modules with fluoronated silicone sealing, operating reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +175°C. It meets stringent aerospace standards including EN4165, ARINC 809, and BACC65 compliance, with environmental sealing, vibration resistance (20 g), and EMI protection. The modular design allows for easy reconfiguration and replacement, supporting 500 mating cycles with excellent durability, making it ideal for demanding aerospace applications requiring flexible, lightweight connectivity solutions.
