EN2997RS01407MN is a sealed connector from the DEUTSCH 983 Series designed for extreme reliability in harsh aerospace, defense, and marine environments. The connector features a stainless steel shell with a thermo-setting insert and crimp-type removable gold-plated contacts, providing robust electrical connectivity. It operates across a wide temperature range of -65°C to 175°C and meets stringent aerospace standards including EN2591-307 salt spray corrosion testing (500 hours), EN2591-402 shock resistance (300 g/3ms), and EN2591-403 vibration testing. The sealed design achieves a leakage rate of 16.10?6 m³/h at 100 kPa, with insulation resistance exceeding 5000 MO at 25°C and 1000 MO at 260°C, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 1500 Vrms at sea level.
