YDTS26W15-35SBV001 is a MIL-DTL-38999 Series III subminiature connector designed for rugged, harsh environment applications in aerospace, defense, and marine industries. The connector features a threaded 360° turn coupling mechanism with environmentally sealed construction and is available in multiple shell materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and composite. It supports shell sizes ranging from 9 to 25, with up to 187 maximum signal contacts using AS39029 contact types in crimp, solder cup, or PCB tail styles. The connector operates across a wide temperature range of -65°C to +200°C depending on shell finish, with 500 mating cycles durability and optional higher durability versions available. Standard configurations include scoop-proof plugs with EMI spring fingers and various receptacle mounting options (box, wall, jam nut, solder, weld, and through-hole bulkhead), making it ideal for demanding applications requiring environmental sealing and electromagnetic interference control.
