YDTS26F09-98SAV001 is a MIL-DTL-38999 Series III subminiature connector designed for rugged, harsh environment applications in aerospace, defense, and marine industries. The connector features a threaded 360° turn coupling mechanism with environmentally sealed construction and is available in multiple shell materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and composite. It supports shell sizes 9 through 25, with contact sizes ranging from 8 to 23, and accommodates up to 187 maximum signal contacts using AS39029 contact types in crimp, solder cup, or PCB tail styles. The connector operates across a wide temperature range of -65°C to +200°C depending on shell finish, with 500 mating cycles durability and features such as scoop-proof design, EMI spring fingers, and multiple plating options including electroless nickel, nickel PTFE, and black zinc-nickel.
