DESCRIPTION

DMC-MD80AM01-A1188 is a shielded 4-module multicavity EN4165 connector designed for rugged aerospace, defense, and marine connectivity applications. The connector features a composite shell construction with nickel finish and includes a conductive flat gasket for enhanced shielding performance. It provides attenuation characteristics ranging from 65 dB at 100 MHz to 30 dB at 10,000 MHz with the composite shell, making it suitable for high-frequency signal integrity. The modular design supports crimp and PCB contacts in multiple sizes (24 to 08), signal, coaxial, microcoax, Quadrax, power, optical, and thermocouple contacts. This connector is ideal for flexible, reliable interconnections in demanding aerospace and defense systems where electromagnetic shielding and modularity are critical requirements.
