The DMC-MD26N-K-S-T is an extender receptacle connector from the DEUTSCH DMC-MD series, designed for modular, flexible connectivity in aircraft IFE and cabin systems. This single-module receptacle features keying (N designation), an integrated sealing gasket (S), and a nut plate (T) for secure panel mounting. The connector supports crimp and PCB contacts ranging from size 24 to size 8, with options for signal, coaxial, Quadrax, power, and optical contacts, enabling high-speed Ethernet and mixed-gender module configurations. Built with a nickel-plated composite housing and thermoplastic/fluoronated silicone modules, it operates reliably across -55°C to +175°C, withstands 20 g vibration, and maintains durability through 500 mating cycles with 500-hour salt spray resistance. The connector meets EN4165, ARINC 809, and BACC65 aerospace standards, providing environmental sealing, EMI protection, and FAA flammability compliance for demanding cabin network applications.
