DESCRIPTION
The D-EASY12H05 is a composite feedthrough housing assembly designed for aerospace, defense, and marine applications requiring reliable wire bundle sealing and protection. This modular feedthrough solution features a composite housing with nickel metallization or non-metallized options, fluorosilicone gasket and gland seal, and supports bundle diameters up to 5 mm maximum before preparation. The assembly operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C with sealing performance of less than 1 l/min leakage depending on bundle/cable type and grommet layout, and demonstrates 500 hours salt spray resistance per ABS1571 and BACS31T/U environmental compliance standards. The D-EASY12H05 is ideal for retrofit and new wiring configurations in aerospace applications, offering removable seal fittings that allow in-situ rework without wire removal, making it suitable for both single-wire and multi-bundle applications requiring robust environmental protection.
