DESCRIPTION

YDBC34H-10-5PNV001 is a hermetic DBC-series connector designed for reliable air- and gas-tight connections in harsh aerospace, defense, and marine environments. The connector features a 10-pin configuration with a mild steel shell finished in tin over nickel plating, a glass insert insulator, and contacts made from 52 high nickel/iron alloy with gold over nickel plating. The insert pin front is sealed with fluorosilicone to ensure hermetic integrity and differential pressure capability. This connector is engineered for critical applications requiring high-performance glass-to-metal sealing, making it ideal for actuation systems, air data systems, and other aerospace instrumentation where environmental protection and signal integrity are paramount.
