D38999/26ZD19PN is a MIL-DTL-38999 Series III subminiature connector designed for rugged aerospace, defense, and marine applications. The connector features a threaded 360° turn coupling mechanism with a stainless steel shell and electrodeposited nickel plating, providing excellent corrosion resistance in harsh environments. It supports up to 187 maximum signal contacts with AS39029 contact type, available in multiple contact styles including crimp, solder cup, eyelet, and PCB tail configurations. The connector operates across a wide temperature range of -65°C to +200°C depending on shell finish, with environmentally sealed design, scoop-proof features, and optional spring fingers for EMI control. Standard configurations include straight plugs with EMI spring fingers and lanyard release options, as well as various receptacle mounting styles such as box mount, wall mount, jam nut, solder mount, weld mount, and through-hole bulkhead. With 500 mating cycles durability and multiple shell sizes (9 through 25), this connector is ideal for mission-critical applications requiring reliable electrical connections in demanding operational environments.
