DESCRIPTION
D369-R99-DP0 is a 9-position receptacle connector from the 369 Series designed for harsh aerospace, defense, and marine environments. The connector features sealed electrical interfaces using cork-in-bottle and triple wire seal technology, with fluorosilicone seals and PEI body materials rated for -55°C to +175°C operation. It delivers an operating current of 5 A, insulation resistance of =5000 MO, and dielectric withstand of 1500 Vrms with <2 mA leakage, meeting FAR 25.853 Appendix F flammability and smoke/toxicity requirements. The receptacle weighs 2.00 g (0.070 oz) in its base configuration and supports 500 mating cycles minimum with IP65 rating, making it ideal for high-reliability aerospace wiring interconnect systems (EWIS) requiring compact, stackable, and easily maintainable connections in demanding environments.
