DESCRIPTION

BACC65BUMB is a Single Module EN4165 modular rectangular connector plug designed for aerospace and military applications. It features a composite housing with nickel plating and copper alloy contacts with gold on nickel plating, supporting contact sizes ranging from 22 to 8, as well as coaxial, quadrax, and optical contact options. The connector operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +175°C with an insulation resistance of =5000 MO and withstands vibrations of 20 g and 500 mating cycles. It is compliant with ARINC809, BACC65, and EN4165 standards, offering lightweight composite construction with mechanical and color coding for enhanced reliability. This connector is ideal for cabin and avionic systems, military, and railway applications where modularity, durability, and weight optimization are critical requirements.
