DESCRIPTION
108-0012-25 is a rear flange-mounted conductive panel seal designed for MIL-DTL-38999 circular connectors, size 25 receptacle shell. The seal features a fluorosilicone elastomer with silver aluminum filler, providing both environmental sealing and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding between the connector shell and panel structure. Key technical characteristics include a maximum height of 39.00 mm, outer diameter of 46.30 mm, and inner diameter of 42 mm, with a wall thickness of 0.81 mm. The material exhibits a volume resistivity of 0.010 ohm-cm maximum, hardness of 70 ± 7 Shore A, tensile strength of 200 psi minimum, and operates reliably across an extended temperature range of -55°C to +160°C.
