DESCRIPTION
The HD36-24-23SN is a 23-position plug connector from the DEUTSCH HD30 series designed for sealed, high-reliability connections in industrial and commercial transportation systems. The connector features a 24 shell size with standard position wire seals (normal green ring) and socket contacts, providing environmental protection suitable for harsh operating conditions. It accommodates multiple contact sizes including size 12 and size 16 contacts, with wire sealing ranges of 0.134–0.170 inches (3.40–4.32 mm) for size 12 contacts and 0.100–0.150 inches (2.54–3.81 mm) for size 16 contacts. The connector is rated for continuous operation from -20°F to +212°F (-28°C to +100°C) and offers robust protection from dirt, paint overspray, and pressure washing when equipped with optional plastisol boots. This connector is commonly used in vehicle electrical systems, agricultural equipment, and industrial control applications where reliable sealed connections are critical.
