DESCRIPTION

The DTM04-6P-E005 is a 6-position receptacle connector from the DTM series (EE04 modification) designed for industrial and commercial transportation applications. This sealed connector features a welded flange with end cap and shrink boot adapter in black, providing environmental protection for harsh operating conditions. The receptacle accommodates size 20 contacts and is compatible with wire sizes 14–22 AWG (2.5–0.35 mm²) with a standard sealing range of 0.053–0.120 inches (1.35–3.05 mm) outside diameter. The connector has overall dimensions of 1.185 inches (30.10 mm) length, 0.817 inches (20.75 mm) height, and 0.600 inches (15.24 mm) width. It is commonly used in serial data communications systems, including SAE J1939 CAN bus networks, and requires a secondary wedgelock (sold separately) for secure mating and keying.
