DESCRIPTION

The DT06-3S-CE13 is a 3-way sealed plug connector from TE Connectivity's DEUTSCH DT series, designed for reliable performance in harsh industrial and transportation environments. It features enhanced seal retention design with reduced diameter seals and a shrink boot adapter, incorporating a groove on the connector housing that secures the interface seal and smaller ribs on a taller seal for secure fit. The connector accepts contact size 16 rated at 13 amps and accommodates 14–20 AWG (2.50–0.50 mm²) wire gauges, with a rectangular thermoplastic housing and integrated latch for mating. It is field-proven to withstand heavy vibration, dirt, chemicals, and water spray, and is intermateable with older connectors. The connector works in combination with the W3S-P012 green wedgelock, which has hooks to hold the seal in place from the front, enabling robust attachment and easy seal replacement without replacing the entire connector, reducing downtime and replacement costs.
