DESCRIPTION
The 934456212 is a 2-circuit ML-XT™ sealed connector receptacle assembly designed for reliable, securely sealed connections in harsh automotive environments. It features a one-piece plug housing and seal design permanently bonded by two-shot LSR (liquid silicone rubber) molding technology, combined with rear HCR (high consistency rubber) seals locked in by latched rear covers to prevent fluid ingress and ensure IP68 rating with J2030 power-wash test capability. The system utilizes Molex proven XRC™ terminals with current ratings up to 13.0 A, high terminal retention force exceeding 111 N, and accepts cable gauges from 1.40 to 2.80 mm or 2.70 to 3.60 mm depending on the variant. Operating across -55 °C to +125 °C with a maximum voltage rating of 500 V DC and maximum current of 13.0 A, this connector is ideal for critical vehicle-wiring applications including engine control units, sensors, and power distribution in cars, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles where reliability and environmental sealing are paramount.
