DESCRIPTION

JMGAT-5LW is a military/aerospace high-performance relay from the MGAT .100 Grid Relay Series designed for demanding applications requiring reliable switching and signal control. The relay features a 5 VDC input voltage, 2 Form C (DPDT) contact arrangement with 2 changeover contacts, and a rated contact current of 1 A, providing flexible switching capabilities for complex control circuits. It incorporates a non-polarized, monostable magnetic coil system with a coil resistance of 39 O and rated power of 641 mW, along with a MOSFET driver and coil suppression diode for enhanced performance and protection. The hermetically sealed enclosure with PC board mounting ensures reliability in harsh environments, with operational temperature range from -65°C to +125°C and shock/vibration ratings of 75 G's (6 ms) and 30 G's (10–3000 Hz) respectively. This relay is qualified to MIL-M28776 standards and is ideal for aerospace, military, and high-reliability applications where robust switching performance and environmental durability are critical.
