DESCRIPTION

TE750B1R0J is a 750W high-power wire wound resistor from TE Connectivity's TE Series, featuring a mullite-coated tubular ceramic core with a corrugated ribbon element for rapid cooling. The resistor has a resistance value of 1.0O with ±5% tolerance and operates across a temperature range of -25°C to +225°C, with a temperature coefficient of resistance within ±440ppm/°C. It withstands 3× rated power overload for 5 seconds, flammability testing at 16× rated power for 5 minutes without flames, and maintains insulation resistance exceeding 100MO at 500V DC. The device is engineered for heavy-duty applications including large electrical machinery, motor start/stop cycles, dynamic braking, and load test simulation, where stability and reliability under demanding thermal and electrical conditions are essential.
