DESCRIPTION

RLP73K3AR15JTE is a high-power SMD thick-film current sense resistor designed for precision current detection in power management and low-voltage supply applications. This 2512-size (3A) component features a ±200 PPM/°C temperature coefficient, 2W power rating at 70°C, and supports resistance values from R10 to R91 ohms with ±1% tolerance. The resistor incorporates noble metal terminations with a nickel barrier layer beneath matte tin electroplating to ensure extended terminal life and reliability. With a maximum operating current of 6.32A and operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C, it is well-suited for automotive, communications, audio, and power management applications where accurate current sensing is critical. The embossed plastic tape packaging and MSL 1 moisture sensitivity rating ensure safe handling and storage for surface-mount assembly processes.
