AAA2620-00 is a plug protection cap designed for MIL-DTL-38999 Series III connectors, featuring a gasket with a nominal diameter of 22.00 ± 0.50 mm. The cap is available with multiple attachment options including eyelets (01–05), rings (09–25), split rings (S09–S25), crimp ferrules, tie-wrap, or no termination. Material options include aluminium, nickel aluminium bronze, stainless steel, black acetal, and composite, with finish selections such as electroless nickel, black anodise, passivate, and zinc nickel. The cap supports various lanyard types including nylon-covered wire rope, teflon-covered wire rope, link chain, polyester cord, and nylon cord, with lanyard lengths specified in inches with ±1.0"/0" tolerance.
