DESCRIPTION

966067-2 is a DIN wire ferrule with plastic collar designed for reliable termination of 0.50 mm² flexible leads according to DIN 46228, Part 4. It features a copper sleeve with galvanic tin plating and a polypropylene plastic collar rated up to +120°C, with overall dimensions of 14.0 mm (A) x 8.0 mm (B) and inner dimensions of 1.0 mm (C) x 2.6 mm (D). The ferrule accommodates a maximum insulation diameter of 2.3 mm and requires a strip length of 10.0 mm. When crimped with AMP precision tools, it forms a gas-tight connection ideal for switching cabinets, control units, and equipment with row clamp or poke-in clamp connectors.
