The 926899-3 is a split pin contact designed for the AMP Universal MATE-N-LOK connector series. It is constructed from phosphor bronze with a tin plating for reliable connectivity. This contact accommodates a wire size range of 16-13 AWG (1.5-2.5 mmÂ²) and is compatible with wires having a maximum insulation diameter of 5.1 mm. As a split pin, it is recommended for use in connector housings with six or more positions to reduce mating forces.
