DESCRIPTION

9-1971845-4 is a RAST 5 standard PCB connector designed for wire-to-board connections in industrial and appliance applications. It features vertical through-hole technology with external locking, available in tin or silver plating over nickel-plated copper alloy contacts. The connector supports 2 to 8 positions with a 5 mm pitch and operates at rated voltage of 250V AC (10A for tin-plated, 16A for silver-plated versions). The housing meets UL 94 V0 and IEC 60335-1 thermoplastic standards with a GWEPT rating of 750°C, and the connector is certified by UL, VDE, and CQC. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +120°C, with insulation resistance of 5000 MO and dielectric strength of 3000 V/m. Ideal for refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, microwave ovens, and other major appliances requiring reliable, certified connections.
