DESCRIPTION

9-1579009-3 is a die set designed for high-voltage crimping applications with 35 mm² wire cross-section capability. This die set is compatible with the 180-AK series crimping tools from TE Connectivity. The product is compliant with EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU, EU ELV Directive 2000/53/EC, and does not contain REACH SVHC substances. It features low halogen content with Br, Cl, F below 900 ppm per homogeneous material and is BFR/CFR/PVC free. This die set is commonly used in electrical connector assembly and wire termination applications where reliable crimping of medium-sized conductors is required.
