DESCRIPTION

The 8-321045-1 is a pre-insulated ring tongue terminal designed for secure wire termination in electrical applications. It features a closed barrel construction with a straight receptacle style, tin-plated copper material, and blue nylon insulation rated for 300 VAC. The terminal accommodates 16–14 AWG wire (1.25–2.00 mm²) with a cross-sectional area of 2,050–5,180 CMA and is designed for 1/4" (M6) stud connection with a 6.73 mm stud diameter. The tongue material thickness is 0.79 mm, and the insulation diameter is 4.32 mm maximum. This terminal is RoHS and ELV compliant and is commonly used in automotive, industrial control, and power distribution systems where reliable, insulated wire connections are required.
