DESCRIPTION

The 820850-SF is a Surge Protection Device designed to protect single-phase and three-phase power supplies against indirect lightning surges. It features a quick response time and an impulse current capacity of 5,000A with an 8/20µs waveform. This Class II (Type II) device incorporates a fail-safe function that visually confirms the separation of the circuit and element to prevent short-circuits. Compliant with IEC 61643-1, it provides balanced protection between line-to-line and line-to-ground pathways.
