DESCRIPTION

The 820753-SF is a versatile Medical Class II IEC inlet filter designed for compliance with Protection Class II (ME) according to IEC 60601-1, fulfilling the requirement for two MOPP (means of patient protection). It features rated currents up to 15 A at 40°C maximum operating temperature, with a maximum continuous operating voltage of 250 VAC at 50/60 Hz, and operates across a frequency range of DC to 400 Hz. The filter incorporates a plastic enclosure for higher dielectric strength insulation, fast-on terminals, and front mount flanges with excellent performance-to-size ratio. With no leakage current to earth and high potential test voltage ratings (760 VAC P?N for 2 s and 4 kVAC P/N?Ext. insulation for 60 s per IEC 60601-1), this filter is ideal for medical device applications requiring robust EMC/EMI suppression and patient safety compliance.
