DESCRIPTION

The 817792-SF is a high-performance dual-stage IEC C14 or C20 inlet filter designed for EMC/EMI suppression in power supply applications. It operates at a maximum continuous voltage of 250 VAC at 50/60 Hz with rated currents ranging from 2 to 20 A at 40°C, featuring excellent performance-to-size ratio and dual-stage filtering architecture. The filter incorporates inductance elements (L1 and L2), capacitive filtering stages (Cx, Cy1, Cy2), and optional resistive components depending on the variant, providing comprehensive attenuation across the frequency spectrum from DC to 400 Hz. It meets international safety standards including IEC 60320-1 for inlet connectors and offers medical versions (B type) compliant with IEC/EN 60601-1. Available in snap-in and rear mount configurations, this filter is ideal for medical devices, industrial equipment, and consumer electronics requiring high-performance EMI/RFI suppression.
