DESCRIPTION

The 800470-SF is a compact single-stage EMC/RFI filter designed for single-phase motor drive applications, offering industrial-grade safety terminal blocks and compliance with EN 55011/14/22 and IEC 60950 standards. It operates at a maximum continuous voltage of 250 VAC with an operating frequency range from DC to 400 Hz, supporting rated currents from 8 to 55 A at 40°C, and features a high potential test voltage of 2000 VAC (P to E) for 2 seconds. The filter provides excellent attenuation performance across multiple frequency ranges, operates reliably over a temperature range of -25°C to +100°C, and demonstrates an MTBF of 420,000 hours at 40°C/230V per MIL-HB-217F. This compact solution is ideal for industrial motor drive systems requiring effective EMI suppression while maintaining high reliability and safety compliance.
