DESCRIPTION

The 770005-1 is a strip-form pin contact designed for use within the Universal MATE-N-LOK II connector series. It is constructed from pre-tinned brass and is suitable for a wire size range of 20-14 AWG. This contact accommodates wire insulation diameters from .130 to .200 inches (3.30 to 5.08 mm). These lanceless contacts are designed for crimp, snap-in assembly and feature three-point stabilization for precise alignment within the housing. This design allows pins and sockets to be intermixed in the same housing, providing flexibility for wire-to-wire and wire-to-board connections in high-reliability applications.
