DESCRIPTION

7-5179180-2 is a fine-pitch SMT stacking connector designed for parallel board-to-board applications with 0.8mm pitch spacing. This connector features a 0.8mm free height (FH) design with contact diameters of 0.8±0.03 mm and 1.2±0.03 mm, supporting multiple position configurations from 40 to 200 positions in 20-position increments. The connector is available with 8µ" Au or 30µ" Au plating options and is supplied in tube, tube with pickup cap, or tape and reel packaging formats. These connectors are ideal for high-density interconnect applications in consumer electronics, telecommunications, and industrial equipment where space constraints and reliable signal transmission are critical requirements.
