DESCRIPTION

The 747842-6 is a 25-position AMPLIMITE HD-20 D-subminiature plug connector designed for right-angle PCB mounting. It features a tin-plated steel front shell, a black 94V-0 rated thermoplastic housing, and is equipped with both boardlocks and fixed female screwlocks for secure mounting. The connector comes preloaded with size 20 DF posted pin contacts that have gold plating on the mating end and tin-lead plating on the termination end, over a nickel underplate. With grounding indents and straps, this connector is ideal for applications requiring a robust I/O interface on printed circuit boards with a recommended thickness of 0.062 inches.
